Navjeet established the firm in 2003 and since then never looked back. Prior to starting the firm, Navjeet worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s San Francisco office. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP is one of the world’s largest CPA Firm known as Big Four. At PWC he audited large public companies such as Banks, software companies, and financial institutions.
Navjeet has experience preparing over 10,000 business and personal tax returns and has represented several hundreds businesses to resolve their tax and business issues with IRS, Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization, Employment Development Department and Department of Labor.
Navjeet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and taxation from the University of California at Berkeley (Walter A Haas School of Business). Navjeet stays on top of all new tax laws changes through several hundred hours of training provided by various government and private universities and accounting societies.
In his spare time, Navjeet enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
Pooja started with the firm in Jan 2007 and since then has worked in all departments before being promoted as General Manager. Pooja currently oversees all department operations especially Sales Tax and Payroll. Pooja holds her bachelors degree in accounting and was Chartered Accountant in India before moving to United States. Pooja has over 10 years of experience in various Accounting Departments. Since 2007, Pooja has helped thousands of clients reach their business and financial goals by working closely with them. Pooja’s hard work and attention to detail has helped the firm become one of the premier accounting and tax firm in the Northern California. In her spare time, Pooja enjoys fine dining and spending time with her family.
Pavan has been with the firm since 2010. Pavan is an expert staff accountant. Her expertise in Business and Personal Taxation. Pavan holds a Degree in Accounting from Walter A Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Over last several years, Pavan has prepared hundreds of personal and business tax returns and helped clients save hundreds and thousands of dollars. Pavan in her spare time enjoys shopping, traveling and hanging out with family and friends.
Seema started with the firm in 2009. Seema holds Masters Degree in Business with emphasis in accounting. Seema has more than 5 years experience in Tax Preparation and Planning. Since 2009, she has helped hundreds of business owners reduce their tax liabilities and increase their bottom line. In addition to helping clients with tax preparation and planning, she is responsible for helping clients resolve any tax notices. She prides herself on taking the time to understand the unique situation of each client and developing the relationship. She enjoys traveling to new places, the outdoors and loves spending time with her family.
Sunita has been with the firm since 2009. She leads the Incorporation and New Business Formation Department along with playing a key role in tax preparation and office administrative functions. Her familiarity with client needs and operations helps to ensure a harmonious flow in the office. Sunita Licensed CTEC Tax Preparer and has several years experience preparing taxes and servicing clients. Sunita enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
Pinkesh Joined the firm in 2013 and currently is in charge of accounting and Bookkeeping- department of the firm. Pinkesh holds bachelors degree in business with specialization in accounting and finance. He is responsible for accurate and timely completion of all accounting and bookkeeping needs of the clients. Pinkesh enjoy traveling and spend time with his family and friends.
Dhaval has been with the firm since 2011. She has ensured the timely compliance of payroll services and property tax returns for hundreds of clients. In upcoming future she will continue to service all our client’s payroll and sales tax needs. Dhaval holds her bachelors degree in Computer Applications and have taken extensive training to help clients stay compliant with all Govt requirements.
Supreet joined Chahal & Associates, Inc. and is responsible for customer service and various office administrative tasks. Supreet holds her degree in marketing and plays key role in firm’s exceptional customer service philosophy. She believes in serving customers with smile. She knows first hand what our clients expect from us professionalism, courtesy and knowing that the client is always our top priority.
Paul Morrow joined the team in 2014. He has over 10 years experience in account management and client services. Paul is responsible for educating clients of our full scope of business services, as well as new business development. Paul focuses on spending a significant amount of time meeting with clients at their places of business to conduct free consultations regarding tax planning, accounting services, and payroll. Paul enjoys playing tennis on local leagues as well as dining out around the Bay with his wife.
